About Me: I help naturalists, wildlife enthusiasts, and nature lovers connect with the beauty of the wild through my vibrant paintings. By capturing the essence and spirit of both animals and botanical life with expressive color and emotion, I bring nature’s magic to life on canvas.

Artist Biography 

Anita Skubleny is an emerging artist based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and takes pride in her Métis heritage. With six years of full-time studio work under her belt, Anita has established herself with pastel pet portraits and wildlife art, and is now transitioning into the medium of acrylic, oil paintings and mixed media.

Anita's artistic style is rooted in capturing the essence of her subject matter, conveying the feeling, atmosphere, and heart of her subject, with a particular focus on capturing the spirit in the eyes. 

Currently working as a Navigator for Master Artists on Mastrius.com, Anita continually seeks to learn new techniques during the sessions to enhance her existing artistic practice. Driven by her commitment to personal and professional growth, she is dedicated to expanding her repertoire and pushing the boundaries of her art career.
